Bianca Boey is a licensed Los Angeles-based real estate agent and Associate Director of The Grady Group at The Agency, representing buyers, sellers, and investors across Venice, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, and surrounding Westside coastal communities.
Licensed in California since 2022, Bianca brings a structured, detail-driven approach to every transaction, guiding clients through complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence. Her expertise centers on Westside Los Angeles residential real estate, with a focus on luxury home sales, relocation and lifestyle-driven moves, and strategic buyer representation.
She works extensively with domestic and international clients relocating to Los Angeles and is known for her methodical approach to navigating competitive, high-stakes transactions.
Originally from Manchester, England, and of Malaysian Chinese heritage, Bianca lived in London for 12 years before moving to Los Angeles - giving her firsthand insight into the emotional and logistical realities of relocating across cities and countries.
Before entering real estate, she spent 15 years as a senior publicist in the entertainment industry, leading high-profile campaigns for major film studios. That experience sharpened her negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and ability to perform under pressure - strengths that now define her real estate practice.
Outside of work, Bianca volunteers with Wallis Annenberg PetSpace in Playa Vista and remains deeply connected to the communities she serves.
